Could you provide samples for testing before placing an order?
Yes. A) Existing samples are free and can be delivered immediately; B) Customized samples require sample cost and will be delivered within 3-7 days. There are two shipping methods: 1) If customer has their own courier account (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, etc.), we ship with freight collected by their account; 2) If customer doesn't have a courier account, they can pay us and we prepay the freight.
Could you accept OEM orders and make products exactly based on customer's design?
